Roasted Broccoli
Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1-2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- Crushed red pepper flakes
- Nutritional yeast or parmesan cheese to taste
Instructions

Chop a head of broccoli into florets⠀

Mix with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil⠀

Add salt, crushed red pepper flakes, and nutritional yeast OR parmesan cheese to taste⠀

Bake @ 400F for about 20 minutes (or until the broccoli turns a rich green color and the edges are crispy).⠀
