LEARN HOW TO STAY CONSISTENT & ACCOUNTABLE WITH YOUR GOALS

HEY. HOLA. BONJOUR.

If you’re new to the site, that’s Wendy on the left and Jess on the right.  We are both Registered Dietitians with Master’s degrees in nutrition. We’re also certified diabetes educators. That’s where the MS, RD, CDE’s come from at the end of our name. The simplest way to describe us is BFFs who love to eat, cook and nerd out about anything nutrition related (and in that order).

We like to change our hairstyles a lot, too (check out our YouTube page for living proof). In short, Food Heaven Made Easy started in 2011 as a creative outlet for two friends to spread the word about delicious and nutritious living. Throughout the years, the brand has grown beyond our wildest dreams, but our philosophy has remained the same…nutritious food should be delicious, cost-effective and relatively painless. To find out about all we have to offer on the website, check out our START HERE. In the meantime, we invite you to browse around, pop a hello down below, and sign up for our newsletter to stay in the know.

xo, Wen & Jess

Hello ladies! I”ve recently discovered your podcast. Thank you so much for your contributing to the health of perfect strangers – LOL! I truly look forward to the information you ladies will share, as I am transitioning to a healthier lifestyle. My husband and children are overweight, and I suffer from a lot of aches and pains. I’ve never been a physical person, having naturally been slim most of my life, so getting into working out is hard – but yoga is good. I attribute my aches and pains to nothing more than the food I eat (and a little age as well). Again, thanks for sharing.

Thank you so much for listening! We weren’t sure if people would actually tune in, but figured it would be a fun thing to do either way. We’re so excited about all the episodes we’re planning on recording!

I am very pleased to have found out about this site. You showed up in a buzzfeed article on my newsfeed. I love having women of color to look up to as health role models. As a therapist (in NYC) I am focusing this year on how my physical health/well being impacts my mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Looking forward to making great use of your resources.

YES! I am so glad you all became Buzzfeed contributors! That’s how I found you too, and I am SO excited to start following you on *all* of the things!! I eat vegetarian – I am a pretty bad one and def eat way too much carbs, cheese and sweets – but knowing there are two dieticians repping the veggie life (AND you’re WoC too?! YAS!) is hugely encouraging. I am a new super fan. Fa real. Keep going ladies!

    Hello Ladies,

I was just reading the 16 Tips for Losing Weight on msn.com, and clicked on your site. It was great seeing the faces of two beautiful young dietitians talking to us about healthier eating. Well, I am looking forward to learning more and getting some knowledge about correct eating. I’m really tired of starting, stopping, and starting again with the eating plans. My daughters just told me that they want me around for a long time, so I believe I’ll let God use you two to educate this old(er) lady(smile). I’m looking forward to trying some of the recipes and changing some bad eating habits.

Hey Wendy and Jess! I recently started my own nutrition blog while I am currently studying to become a Registered Dietitian. I love what y’all are doing for the wellbeing of others by promoting a healthier lifestyle. Do y’all have any pointers or tips for a Dietetic Intern such as myself or for a new nutrition blogger? I would LOVE it is somehow this gets to you and you could respond or reach out to me. Thanks so much for listening! P.S my nutrition blog is called The Healthy Chew (www.thehealthychew.org) 🙂

Hi Jess and Wendy! I just found your website while doing some research for school and I am already on board with what you two beautiful queens are doing <3 I've already subscribed to your website and just subscribed to the podcast. Within the last year, I have transitioned to a plant-based diet and have recently started my own blog. I would love if you ladies could support it. Right now, I'm doing vegan and vegetarian recipes and plan to expand. I'm at @EllisJBlog on WordPress, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and Tumblr. I would really appreciate it. Keep shining!!

Hello! A friend recommended your podcast to me and I love it! I also love the recipes — especially the tofu ones 😉
I was wondering what were your thoughts about lectin in foods we consume.

    Thanks,
    Jazmin
