Apple Turmeric Ginger Juice (no juicer needed)

    Drinks

I cant deal with juicers. They take up so much space and are a headache to clean. I love homemade juices though, so wanted to show you my quick way to have the juice and drink it too ? Just blend your ingredients (if it’s something hardy like carrots or beets, use more water to help break down the fibers) and strain. This is one of my go-to recipes.

    • 1 apple or pear ⠀
    • 1” Knob of ginger ⠀
    • Juice of 1 lemon ⠀
    • Pinch of turmeric ⠀
    • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup ⠀

I know right now, a lot of us are looking for immune supportive practices. Want to emphasize that some of these ingredients are immune supportive, but it’s not in any way a prevention or cure for anything immune related. In yesterday’s podcast episode we went into the complexities of our immune systems, and how it’s not as simple as boosting it up by eating turmeric. There are so many factors that affect how our immune systems work, and I think with all the madness going on, now is a great opportunity to slow down and figure out what sustainable health looks like for you. ⠀
    ⠀
Anyways, enjoy the recipe and tune into the episode to hear more of our thoughts on the topic. Xoxo -Wendy
