- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Pinch of salt and pepper
