Heather Caplan is a registered dietitian with a virtual private practice that focuses on non-diet, weight-inclusive sports nutrition for athletes at all levels, and founder of Weight Inclusive Nutrition and Dietetics (WIND). She also hosts the weekly podcast, RD Real Talk, which features conversations with fellow anti-diet dietitians and their real talk rants about diet culture. Her work has been featured in national publications such as The Washington Post, Runner’s World, EatingWell, Outside Magazine, and on NBC’s TODAY Show.
