Awesome!! So helpful! I am rarely hungry in the morning when I wake. I usually have one big meal per day and several snacks. I am trying to make better choices. I will definitely be mindful to eat breakfast to avoid the possibility of any health issues. What do you think about a low sodium V8 or a beet juice smoothie for breakfast? Or snack?
Happy you found it helpful! Juices usually don’t contain enough calories to be considered a breakfast meal (aim for at least 400 calories). If making a smoothie, make sure it has a balance of protein, veg, and fruit. See here for a balanced recipe! https://foodheavenmadeeasy.com/the-perfect-green-smoothie-recipe/
