Here’s another homemade dressing to add to your list. This Curried Mustard Balsamic Vinaigrette is a great alternative to store-bought dressings.
To make this salad dressing, mix together ½ cup of balsamic vinegar, ¼ cup of olive oil, three tablespoons of mustard, ½ of a medium onion, two cloves of garlic, one teaspoon of curry or turmeric, one teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and some salt to taste. Blend all of these ingredients together. Throw into a mason jar and store in the fridge so that it is ready whenever you need it.
