Here’s another homemade dressing to add to your list. This Curried Mustard Balsamic Vinaigrette is a great alternative to store-bought dressings.
To make this salad dressing, mix together ½ cup of balsamic vinegar, ¼ cup of olive oil, three tablespoons of mustard, ½ of a medium onion, two cloves of garlic, one teaspoon of curry or turmeric, one teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and some salt to taste. Blend all of these ingredients together. Throw into a mason jar and store in the fridge so that it is ready whenever you need it.
I love to whip up one of our many salad recipes and throw on this dressing. What do you think about making your own salad dressings? Easy enough right?! Let us know what you think in the comments below!
