This podcast was very enlightening. I appreciate as a seasoned adult that you addressed the aging process. Life is good and we have to live each day doing what we love. Age should not restrict us. Continue living as a healthy adult, not as an older person. The mind has a lot to do with it. If you keep healthy thoughts, then your physical state will be much better.
