My job is to teach people how to improve their health using food as medicine. And I love it. But I’m going to let you in on a little secret…I actually hate spending hours in the kitchen. You will probably never find me whipping up elaborate meals for the fun of it. The only time this brings me joy is on my batch-prep day (usually Sunday), when I can roll up my metaphorical sleeves and take my time. If it ain’t the weekend, all I really want to do after a hard day’s work is Netflix and chill.
