      This post was really helpful! I’ve been trying to get into working out and I stopped because when I would workout I would get light-headed and I wasn’t sure what it could be so I would drink more water during my workout and that didn’t really help. I wasn’t sure whether to eat before or even what to eat before or if I should eat afterwards or both and this post and the video on YouTube has really shed some light on the questions that I had.

      I was wondering if you lovely ladies could do a blog post/video for college students about being healthy and what are the right foods to eat. Being on campus, there is a lot of junk food and there aren’t really that many healthy options out there.

      Also I would love to hear your thoughts on genetically modified foods as well.

        We have been meaning to do a video for the college kids for the longest! Thanks for the reminder. We’re going to try to film that in the very near future so be on the lookout!
