For the smoothie

plain Greek yogurt

small mango,
peeled and chopped

Toppings

tablespoon
hemp seeds

teaspoon
unsalted pumpkin seeds

teaspoon
slivered almonds
Optional: 1 teaspoon unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
Blend all of the smoothie ingredients together
Pour into a bowl, and top with the suggested toppings, or customize with your own!
