Cashew Ricotta Cheese
Servings: 8
  • 2 cups cashews, soaked overnight
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3/4 cup water
  • Salt, to taste
  1. Drain and rinse the cashews. Blend them with the garlic powder, lemon juice, and water
  2. Add salt, to taste, and use in your favorite dishes!
