5-Minute Kale Taco Salad

Ingredients

cups
of kale
1/4
red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/4
cup
cooked pinto beans
1/5
cup
of chopped cherry tomatoes
2
tablespoons
of olives, sliced
1
jalapeno, deseeded and chopped
Handful of tortilla chips
1
tablespoon
olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Chop kale into small pieces
Massage with olive oil and a little bit of salt and pepper
Mix all of the other ingredients together and enjoy!
