Chimichurri sauce
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup parsley leaves
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground oregano
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients for the sauce (except the salt) into a blender or food processor
  2. Blend until consistent, and add salt to taste
