Prune Glazed Brussel Sprouts
of low-sodium tamari/soy sauce
Preheat the oven to 400F
Add the brussel sprouts to a parchment paper-lined baking dish
In a food processor, add the garlic, prunes, tamari/soy, and olive oil
Pulse until you have a consistent paste
Massage the paste into the brussel sprouts with your hands, until all of them are evenly coated
Pop into the oven for 25 minutes. Let cool, and add salt to taste. Enjoy!
