When that one kernel pops, it’s time to add the rest of the kernels in- just enough to cover the entire bottom of the pot.

Place the lid on, and let heat work it’s magic. Within minutes, you will have a pot filled with warm and fresh popcorn! You can top the popcorn with one of the spice mixes mentioned above.
