Parmesan Pesto Brussel Sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 cups of Brussel sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons of pesto sauce
  • Pinch of parmesan
  • Salt, to taste
  1. In a small pot, heat up olive oil and add Brussel sprouts. Cook for 5 minutes with the cover on.
  2. Add the pesto, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Top with a sprinkle of parmesan and salt, to taste
