Maple Glazed Ginger Brussel Sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seed oil
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger finely chopped
  • 3 cups of Brussel sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • Salt, to taste
  1. In a small pot, sauté ginger in oil for 2-3 minutes under medium flame.

  2. Then add in the Brussels sprouts and maple and cook for 5-7 minutes until the sprouts are deep golden brown.

  3. Salt, to taste
