Greek Yogurt Creme Brulee

  • 2 cups of vanilla greek yogurt
  • 10 cherries, de-seeded and sliced
  • 1-2 tablespoons of brown sugar, granulated sugar works fine too
  • Creme brûlée torch
  1. Mix cherries and yogurt
  2. Divide mix into 4 mini flame-proof bowls
  3. Cover with a layer of brown sugar
  4. Use a Brulee torch or the broiler in your oven for 2-3 minutes until the sugar caramelizes into a perfectly golden crust. Enjoy!
