DIY Cilantro Ice Cubes

  • 2 cups of chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 medium tomato, chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  1. Blend all ingredients until pureed.

Recipe Notes

Store in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for up to 6 months.
For this recipe, I stored half in a jar for the fridge, and the other half I froze in an ice-cube tray.
