Poach the Perfect Egg

  • 1 egg
  • 1-2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 5 cups of water
  1. Crack your egg into a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat up a medium pot filled with water, and bring to a light boil.
  3. Add vinegar to the pot, and stir the water & vinegar clock-wise (creating a small whirlpool.)
  4. Carefully slide your egg into the whirlpool.
  5. Wait 2-3 minutes, and then lift the egg with a slotted spoon.
