Ingredients
For Berry Pie

of blueberries and chopped strawberries

For Sweet Potato Pie

cooked sweet potato

of cinnamon

of nutmeg

For Whipped Cream
1/3
cup
of coconut cream
Instructions
For Berry Pie
Mix everything together in a bowl
Put 1/2 cup of mixture into each pie holder
Bake at 350F for 15 to 20 minutes
Add “whipped cream”
Top with chopped walnuts
For Sweet Potato
Puree sweet potato in food processor or blender
Mix everything together in a bowl
Put 1/2 cup of mixture into each pie holder
Bake at 350F for 15 to 20 minutes
Add “whipped cream”
Topped with chopped walnuts
For Whipped Cream
Place 1 can of thick coconut cream in the fridge overnight
Take out top layer of firm coconut cream
Place in bowl and whisk with a fork until it become fluffy
Add stevia to taste if desired
Add 2 teaspoons to each finished pie
WARNING: If you serve the pies hot, the “whipped cream” will melt quickly
