Roasted Broccoli
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1-2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Crushed red pepper flakes
  • Nutritional yeast or parmesan cheese to taste
  1. Chop a head of broccoli into florets⠀
  2. Mix with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil⠀
  3. Add salt, crushed red pepper flakes, and nutritional yeast OR parmesan cheese to taste⠀
  4. Bake @ 400F for about 20 minutes (or until the broccoli turns a rich green color and the edges are crispy).⠀
