In a parchment paper lined baking dish, add the string beans, and drizzle the coconut oil and tamari over the beans. Then add the rest of the ingredients for the beans to the baking dish. Use your hands to massage the green beans with the rest of the ingredients.
Add the marinated tofu to the baking dish with the green beans, and bake for 10 minutes. Flip and bake for another 7 minutes. Enjoy!
