Chimichurri sauce
Ingredients

parsley leaves

cilantro leaves

garlic

red pepper flakes

red wine vinegar

olive oil
Salt to taste
Instructions
Add all the ingredients for the sauce (except the salt) into a blender or food processor
Blend until consistent, and add salt to taste
