Dark Rum Hot Toddy

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1 oz dark rum
  • Juice of 1/4 lemon
  • 2-3 teaspoons of honey
  • Optional: Cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions
  1. In a pot, bring the water to a boil. Turn off the heat and add the tea bag to the pot. Allow to steep for 5 minutes
  2. In your serving glass, add the dark rum, lemon juice, and the tea water
  3. Stir in the honey. Start with 2 teaspoons, and if you like things a little sweeter, add the last teaspoon. Enjoy!
