When cooking your brown rice, add 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the boiling water, and cook as per package instructions. Set aside once done
Add in the eggs, and scramble for 1-2 minutes
Then add in the mixed vegetables, cooked turmeric rice, cabbage, and the soy or tamari sauce
Turn off the heat, and mix in the sprouts. Add salt, to taste, and top with scallions and toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy!
