Ingredients
FOR THE SMOOTHIE BOWL
  • ¾ cup of almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana small
  • ¾ cup of cauliflower
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 5 ice cubes
FOR THE TOPPINGS
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped almonds
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin seeds
Instructions
  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients in a high speed blender. Transfer to a bowl then add your toppings. Enjoy
