Chia Pudding Breakfast Jar

Ingredients
For the pudding
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup of chia seeds
For the layers & toppings
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 1 blood orange
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, glass, or jar, mix together the almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla
  2. Then whisk in the chia seeds until they are evenly dispersed
  3. Place the chia pudding in the fridge and let it sit overnight
  4. When ready, mix it all together one more time with a spoon and let's get ready to assemble our breakfast jar
  5. Start by adding the blackberries to your jar, and mash them up with a fork
  6. Add the chia pudding
  7. Then layer with your favorite smoothie blend. For this recipe, we blended blood orange, berries, and almond milk
  8. Top with pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, and hemp seeds for a hearty start to your day!
