Parmesan Pesto Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients

tablespoon
of olive oil
3
cups
of Brussel sprouts
2
tablespoons
of pesto sauce
Pinch
of parmesan
Salt, to taste
Instructions
In a small pot, heat up olive oil and add Brussel sprouts. Cook for 5 minutes with the cover on.
Add the pesto, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Top with a sprinkle of parmesan and salt, to taste
