Tortilla Chips
Ingredients
  • Tortilla Chips
  • Your favorite spices examples: oregano, chili powder, whatever you like
  • 6 to 10 corn tortillas
  • 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Vegan Pesto
  • 2 cups of fresh basil
  • 3-5 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup of almonds
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Olive Dip
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley
  • 1 cup of Spanish olives
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
Instructions
  1. Tortilla Chips
  2. Pre-heat oven @ 375
  3. Cut tortillas into 6 small triangles
  4. Use brush to paint each tortilla with a tiny bit of oil on each side
  5. Add your favorite spice
  6. Bake chips for about 3 to 5 minutes or until they look crispy
  7. Vegan Pesto
  8. Peel your garlic
  9. Put all ingredients into blender.
  10. If you see that things aren’t blending quite smoothly, get in there with a spoon and stir.
  11. Keep blending until you have desired texture.(If you want a more liquidy texture, just keep adding more water and blend.)
  12. Wa-lah! Yummy pesto.
  13. Olive Dip
  14. Blend ingredients, but only for a couple of seconds. You want it to remain chunky!
