Homemade Cashew Milk
Ingredients
  • 1 cup of raw unsalted cashews
  • 7 cups of water
Instructions
  1. Soak cashews for 3-4 hours in 4 cups of water
  2. Dispose of the water, and in a blender, blend cashews with 3 cups of fresh water
  3. Position a bowl to collect the milk. Pour the liquid through a cheese cloth or a mesh strainer into the bowl
  4. Optional: flavor with vanilla extract
