Crumble tofu with your hands or a fork until it resembles the consistency of scrambled eggs

Saute 2 tablespoons of onions with 1 clove of garlic in 1 tablespoon of olive oil on medium heat

Add 1 tablespoon of cumin, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 tablespoon of curry powder and 1 tablespoon of garlic powder

Add tofu, stir and cook for about 5 minutes
