Crunchy Fruit & Greek Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients
  • Six-ounces of Greek Yogurt non-fat or 2%
  • One-half cup of your favorite fresh or frozen fruit
  • One to two tablespoons of granola
Instructions
  1. Mix everything together and enjoy between meals.
  2. You can even pack it for work by combining the fruit and yogurt in a mason jar and bringing the granola in a baggie.
  3. Top with granola before serving.

Granola preference: I like it with raisins or dried fruit… use bran cereal if you are watching calories
