Grilled Green Plantains

Ingredients
1
Green Plantain
3
cloves
of garlic
1
tablespoon
olive oil
2
tablespoons
lemon juice
1
tablespoon
of fresh cilantro
Salt to taste
Instructions
Cut the plantain into thin slices
Heat grill on medium flame
Coat grill with non-stick spray
Grill each side of plantains for about 5 minutes, or until you see distinct grill marks
Add salt to taste
To make the dipping sauce, blend 3 cloves of garlic with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of cilantro. Enjoy!

You will need a cast iron grill (or a regular grill works too)
