Brown Rice Salsa Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 cups of cooked brown rice as per package instructions
  • 1 cup of cooked black beans
  • 2 small bell peppers chopped (switch up the colors for a color pop!)
  • 1/2 cup of corn
  • 1/2 cup of raw kale finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1/4 red onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix. Enjoy!
