Heat up your grill to medium heat
Mix the cinnamon and ginger in a small bowl.
Assemble your fruit on a platter, and brush the top sides of the fruit lightly with coconut oil and maple syrup.
Sprinkle the spices on top, and transfer to the grill, cooking the glazed size first for 3-4 minutes, or until browned with grill marks.
Flip and grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
Add to a platter, allow to cool until warm, and serve with vanilla ice cream!
