Blueberry Cucumber Mezcal Margaritas

Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium cucumber chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeño de-seeded and flesh removed
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 ounces of mezcal
Instructions
  1. Add the blueberries, cucumber, jalapeño, maple syrup, lime juice and water to a blender and blend well.
  2. Strain into a jar, and stir in the mezcal.
  3. Pour into your glasses, and garnish with sliced jalapeño, cucumber, or lime. Enjoy!
